I found Inride by accident.  They so far have been amazing.  Today they picked up my car and I am waiting for wire transfer to arrive at my bank in a few days.  Do not ever take a trade deal from a dealer when you are purchasing a new car... Inride made an offer I was very happy with.  It took about a week to send them documents, title, etc.  Talk about a leap of faith.... I checked customer comments and decided I would give it a try. Having read about the numerous scams perpetrated on seniors I had many reservations about selling my car on line. Was the reward of a good offer worth the risk of possibly losing everything to a business that neither I nor any of my friends or family have ever heard of? Were they legitimate? Why couldn’t they be verified on the Better Business Bureau website? These are the questions that weighed heavily on me. The only reason I didn’t abandon dealing with Inride was the trust earned by my primary contact, Weston, who is the Vehicle Acquisition Manager for Inride. Weston was very patient with me explaining that Inride was new, and that they were still in the waiting period for BBB. He forwarded documents to me so that I could better understand the process, and he was available to answer questions even on weekends. I finally trusted my instincts, and completed all of the documentation authorizing Inride to sell my car. The result was fantastic; the process was smooth. My husband's coworker confirmed everything Bill told me, which is another reason I choose to work with inride. Integrity and honor go a long way, and when you can fact-check someone, it makes a non-personal business transaction reassuring.
